Donnie has successfully worked with organizations in areas such as: expense and overhead evaluation, operating cost reduction, systems integration, and process streamlining, and quality management system implementations. Donnie’s work has saved hundreds of thousands of dollars for the organizations he has worked with, and his impact has ensured consistent, repeatable product delivery for their clients.

After pursuing a dream to play competitive rugby, Donnie finally settled on Mechanical Engineering & Business Administrative Management. Donnie has spent the majority of his career in the Oil and Gas Industry with a primary focus in Supply Chain Management. Most recently, he has been a dedicated team player to a software company, managing and implementing systems on large scale projects. Donnie’s entrepreneurial spirit brought him to starting his own company in 2016, providing him the opportunity to bring his corporate knowledge to a small business operation.

Donnie’s peers have previously stated “his excitement and zest for life flows over into his work continually. He takes on every task with great passion and resolve. He always sees the goal line and never misses.” His drive for success, is not single serving, he always goes above and beyond to see that success is shared with his team.

Donnie shares his success with his life partner Carla, and his two pups, Summit and Stella. He is still an avid Rugby player, albeit a little softer, and enjoys lacing up the skates for a game of hockey. Donnie shares the idea of abundance not only with ActionCOACH but also his grandfathers. Both of Donnie’s grandfathers were business owners, whose greatest accomplishments were being able to give back to their communities through contributions and providing jobs. Through business re-education, Donnie aspires to bring and share abundance to and with his community.
