Our Calgary Boardroom is available to rent by the hour or by the day. Comfortable seating for 8 – 10 people. The most common uses of our boardroom rentals include, but are not limited to, sales meetings, job interviews, board meetings, association meetings, planning sessions, small group training, and committee meetings. Rental of our Calgary boardroom includes:

Training Room / Open Space | Calgary
Our Calgary Training Room and Open Space is available to rent by the hour or by the day. Seating for up to 60 people depending on room layout. The most common uses of our training room and open space rentals include, but are not limited to, workshops, presentations, seminars, product launches, club meetings and socials, classes, and full team building days. Rental of our Calgary training room and open space includes:
- Coffee, Tea, Water
- High Speed Internet
- 8′ Long Whiteboard with Dry Erase Markers
- two available screens (one projector and one tv)
- AV Hook-Ups
- 2 x Flipcharts

Mountain View Office | Canmore
Our scenic Canmore office is available to rent by the hour or by the day. Seating for up to 25 people depending on room layout. The most common uses of our Canmore office rentals include, but are not limited to, workshops, presentations, seminars, club meetings and socials, classes, and full team building days. Rental of our Canmore office includes:
- Coffee, Tea, Water

- Three Whiteboards with Dry Erase Markers
- Large Screen TV

Training Space Rules and Policies
The following is meant as a guideline to the rules of conduct and policies when using Deliberate Directions Training Space.
1. No alcohol allowed.
2. No smoking on the premises or near the building.
3. No pets allowed.
4. Please be sure and leave the furniture and other items in the training room as you found them.
5. Please dispose of food waste in trash cans provided.
6. Keep in mind, that this is an office space so please keep the noise level at a normal range.
7. We understand that things can come up, so if you need to cancel your reservation, please do so 7 days before your event for your full deposit back. There will be a 10% cancellation fee if canceled with under 7 days notice.
8. We expect that you will clean up after yourself. In the event that we would need to clean up after you, a $50 cleaning charge will be charged to the card that we have on file.
9. Additionally, any damage will be charged at the cost to repair.
10. At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% of the total rental will be charged to secure the reservation. For additional charges, we will require a valid card on file. The remaining balance of the rental will be due 3 business days from the event date.
11. If you run over your booked time, you will be charged for the additional use.
12. You may bring your own food and beverages, but please note that we do not have refrigerator space for you to store items. You will have access to sink with water.
